The best way to test the IVR system is to dial into
it just like the caller would.
The best solutions for testing are:
A: Setup VoiceGuide in VoIP mode and dial
into it by just dialing the IP address of the machine on which
VoiceGuide is installed using a VoIP phone or a soft phone from
another PC.
or,
B: Use a small PBX and plug the analog
lines from the small PBX into the Dialogic card.
