Newbie Question On Outbound Dialer

I have a very simple need, but am having some difficulty getting started. I’ve recorded a short broadcast announcement (.WAV file) and need to broadcast (outbound dial) to 45 people (using phone numbers in an Excel file). I can’t seem to find the broadcast feature in the free demo version of VoiceGuide. Am I missing something? The manual says “the VG Dialer option must be enabled,” but I can’t find it.

 

I’ve purchased and installed a Dialogic D4PCIU4SW card.

I’ve downloaded and installed the Dialogic 6.0 drivers.

I’ve downloaded and installed the free demo version of VoiceGuide 7.x.

I’ve downloaded and installed the free demo version of VoiceGuide Agent.

I’ve downloaded, printed, and read through the VoiceGuide Manual.

 

 

Do I need to download something else? Thanks to anyone who can point me in the right direction.

The list of phone numbers from Excel needs to be loaded into VoiceGuide.

 

Simplest way is to use the Telephone Call Loader app. Its the app whose screenshots are posted here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgDialer.htm

The manual says “the VG Dialer option must be enabled,” but I can’t find it.

It is enabled in the Evaluation version of VoiceGuide, which it appears that you are using now (?).

Got it, now. Thanks. Your manual calls it VG Dialer. Your on-line help calls it Outbound Dialer. And, your software menu calls it Telephone Number Loader. So, it took a while to figure out.
