I think this software is suitable for me. What I need is: A software which feeds oracle database with datas by receiving a button press for appropriate instructions. While Im installing it, it was asking for many options which I could follow. So pls guide me... I dont have any experience in it. So please help. I dono about the telephone lines.... When installed in VoIP mode there is no need to use Dialogic cards, but Dialogic HMP Drivers need to be installed first. Please see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/install_v7_dialogichmp.htm if using software in VoIp mode you can use a VoIP softphone (see: http://www.sjphone.org/sjp.html ) on another system to dial the IP address of machine on which VoiceGuide is installed.
