Wav File Playing Slow Via Vg Ivr

Hello Guys,

 

I am new to VoiceGuide IVR, currently facing an issue.

I have an WAV file which plays properly in female voice when we run it separately while playing same file via VG IVR it plays same WAV file slowly with an male voice.

I tried to update its Pitch and Speed. But nothing workout.

 

Please provide me valid solution to resolve this issue. Client is firing me.

Most likely the sound file is in wrong format.

 

Can you .ZIP up and post the original sound file?

 

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?
