Call Not Hanging Up V7.2.2

I have a call on one line that never hanged up after 142300 seconds. Is there a way to force a hang up for a "stuck" call?

I'm on version 7.2.2. Attached are the logs.

Which was the problem call? We would need some information on time call started and what line was the call on to be able to comment on what is happening.

Looks like you are using analog lines and on analog lines you need to ensure that either the end of calls is signaled to you by Telco using 'loop current drop' or that your scripts will eventually time out if there is no user input. ISDN lines have a explicit 'end of call' signal sent by Telco.
