I assume that you are having problems performing the Hookflash Transfer after reinstalling VoiceGuide, correct?

With hookflash transfers the most likely cause of problems is that the Hookflash length has not been set to the length required by your PBX/Switch.

Please read: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/config_calltransfers.htm

From that help file page:

Setting Hookflash length on Dialogic cards - v7 and v6

When using VoiceGuide for Dialogic the hookflash length is set in Config.xml file. The Config.xml file is located in VoiceGuide's \data\ subdirectory. The following section of Config.xml should be edited:

<SetParm>

<Description>Flash time during dialing (10ms units)</Description>

<Key>DXBD_FLASHTM</Key>

<Value>10</Value>

<Default>10</Default>

</SetParm>

A setting of 10 means 100ms. The setting is in 10ms units.

It also looks like there is an issue with the Outbound Calls database on this sytem. Recommend you stop VoiceGuide delete the OutDialQue file from VG's \data\ subdirectory and restart VoiceGuide.

NB. Please make new posts relating to new problems in a new thread.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the system startup. this will allow us to see what happened.

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

VoiceGuide=10

NumberLoader=0

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=0

SapiWrapOcx=0

Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

When posting traces/scripts/etc please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
