Recommended Posts

I am using 2 telephone lines of same operator for the Dialogic card D/4 PCI.

Channel One(line one) is working well and tsf file generated as channel one

as main.Same tsf file not working for the Channel 2(line 2)

so unable to dial from both the line simultaneously.

Please advise how to use Voice Guide6.0 to solve this problem.

Have you tried setting the tone definitions using VoiceGuide's ConfigLine.xml file?

Please have a look at the ConfigLine.xml and read: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/disconnectiondetect.htm

Yes,I have set all the tone definitions otherwise Line1 should not work. Please find my configline.xml file as attachment.

Please note that line 1 telephone number is different than line 2,but operator is same

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the two outgoing call, this will allow us to see what happened

Debug Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

What is the tone that you are trying to detect? The disconnect tone? or some other tone?

So the actual issue is that outgoing calls made on line 2 are always classed as if they are being answered by an answering machine, correct?

Have you tried swapping the lines around to see if the this is realted the the telephone line or whether this is related to the port on the Dialogic card?

swapped the telephone lines and found the issue is related to telephone line.

I am using two telephone direct lines(with out any EPBx),one telephone line is working in any port of Dialogic card and other telephone line is not working in any port.

please note that two telephone lines phone number is not same.
