Dial and Conference

 

vg crashes when the call is being dialed on the second line, this also happens when

i use flash hook transfers

 

i am in test mode so the script is simple, call into sound module, press two,

goto transfer module "dialout/conferenced/anounced", caller hears moh,vg dials out on

designated line (tried several), call is placed to hard line (tried cell phone as well)

vg crashes leaves lines in off-hook state, have to restart dialogic server to start over.

Have just tried this on our test system and it works fine.

 

What model Dialogic card are you using on your system?

 

Only partial ktTel trace was supplied so we cannot see if system configuration was all ok.

 

Can you please post a ktTel showing system startup. (you can stop VG, delete all log files, then start VG and then post the created ktTel).

 

Which SU version of the SR6.0 drivers is installed on system? (see Help->About in Dialogic DCM)

thanks 4 follow up now thta you mentioned it vg only runs on 6.0 and up i think

 

i just came over from a app called ivm which i just reverted the install back to R5.1.1

 

prior that i used 6.1

 

which did not work for me either

which now i guess i will install R6.0 but I dont have any service updates

 

i have a oem copy came with the board not sure if your online version is more current have to look at the build

 

i removed full path info and phone numbers from zip

Please download the Dialogic drivers from our WWW downloads page.

 

Uninstall your current Dialogic drivers. Do not save any settings.

 

Then restart system and delete the entire C:\Program Files\Dialogic directory.

BTW: D/4PCIU cards do not support "Dial and Conference".

The D4PCIUF and D/4PCIUS cards do not support "Dial and Conference". You need a JCT or DMV series card (eg. D/41JCT, D/120JCT, DMV160 etc.), or any T1/E1 Digital cards (eg. D/240JCT, DMV600B etc.)
