Error After Upgrade To Windows Xp

My voiceguide 5.2 has been running for years on windows 2000 PRO. Recently I upgraded it to windows XP, but Voiceguide stop runing. Please look at my log file:

Anybody knows what cause the problem? thanks for your help.

It looks like soon after the welcome.wav file completes playing the TAPI device reports that the call was disconnected:

This may happen due to false tone detection, with the TAPI device thinking that it has heard a busy or a disconnect tone while a sound file is being played or something is spoken by caller.

 

Recommend you look at the TAPI device configuration to ensure the busy and disconnect tone definitions are more strictly defined and are are not likely to be triggered by any played files or spoken speech. Please also read: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/disconnectiondetect.htm
