Wav File Rates And Settings

I am trying to use a 22K WAV files, I have changed the ConfigLine Playback from 8000 to 22000 but still the play back is super slow motion. Do I have to make the change some place else also?

You cannot use 22K sound files. Use 8kHz (or optionally 11kHz if using v7).
