Transfer Module

I hade a Dialogic Card 4PCIU connected to 2 pbx lines and I'm tring to do a call transfer, I will have a call in from a cell phone, and the call will be transfer to another cell phone.

My problem is that when I try the connection the WELCOME MODULE PLAYS THE MESSAGE THEN THE MODULE I can see that the module start dialing on the other line, but when I pick up the phone the call is terminated.

 

Then I try to set an extra play module that during the connection takes some time, but when i pick up the phone I can't here anything, both phone are connected I can't here my voice from a phone to another .

 

Can somebody help me?

D/4PCIU does not support the bridging of lines, so you cannot do a "Dial and Conference" type transfer. You will need a D/41JCT card. Please see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/modxfer.htm
