Using Voiceguide In A Home Automation System

Hello, I just downloaded and try VoiceGuide with great results. I installed the version VoiceGuide for TAPI v5.2.5049.

We are in the Home Automation business, and this software is letting us running our external programs so basically with VoiceGuide we can control our demo house installation (turning on and off lights, etc).

I have some questions:

- How much is the version I downloaded? I just need 1 line.

- With this version, is there a limitation on the number of voice menus on the IVR?

- Is it possible to integrate our software with yours? For example, I want to be able to send your software notifications when certain events occur, so that the IVR can launch a call to the home owner.

Looks like you will require the Pro+Dialer or the Enterprise+Dialer license. For pricing please see: https://secure.voiceguide.com/order_vg.htm.

No limitations on number of voice menus. Please also see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgFeatures.htm

Yes. This is done very often. Please see this Help file page which details how calls are loaded: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/ht...iallistinto.htm Note that if performing outbound calls we strongly recommend that a Dialogic card be used.
