Configuration Wizard in v6

I am using VG version 6.0 for Dialogic. I have a Dialogic D4/EPCI card. Yes, i tried to specify a text file (.txt) in the input textBoxes of the "sound Files" Tab of Get Number module.

 

Dear Brother

I face a problem in Windows 2003 Server. I also setup VG 6 . and Dialogic software. But when I run VG software and click

Configuration Wizard and set a message. plz check.

 

I send this file by attachment.

The screenshot shows that the Dialogic service has not been started before starting VoiceGuide.

 

The Dialogic service needs to be started before starting VoiceGuide.

 

Also, in v6 the line configuration is done in the Config.xml file - as per the message displayed in the screen capture.

Dear Sir

I face numeric problem in windows 2003 Server. What's the sound format for Dialogic Card ? When I run a numeric field in VG6, its generated machine sound format.

If you can post traces from VoiceGuide and the scripts which you are using then we can better assist wth advice:

 

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

 

VoiceGuide=10

 

ktTel=10

Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem.

 

Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
