What's the difference between conferencing modules and chat modules in voiceguide software??

There is a "Call Transfer" module in VoiceGuide... what other module are you referring to? Can you provide screenshots of what you are referring to?

We can connect (& later disconnect) four callers on four separate lines using the COM commands Bridge_Connect and Bridge_Disconnect??

No. Bridge_Connect and Bridge_Disconnect connects two callers to each other only.

 

For information on add-ons to VoiceGuide which allow you to set up 'conference rooms' please send and email to sales@voiceguide.com and you will be provided with more information on the add-ons which can create 3+ people conferences.

Our company is searching for the complete package to start a chat line program

Our business is located in Portland, Oregon with our facility phone equioment hich includes 6-T1 Lines, 518 DSL Lines, DID & block number capabilities.

Our needs are

 

1. Date line/Chat line, live chat, voice mail, etc.

All features & options to a "User Friendly" application/system.

We have ready to use Dating/Chat scripts. Please email sales@VoiceGuide.com and a summary of the features will be forwarded to you.

 

The system is implemented as a set of VoiceGuide scripts - so they are easy to modify to suit individual requirements if the need arises.

 

Pretty much all of the major features of chat line systems are supported, with a choice of real-time cc/echeck payment gateways and all call details stored in a user's choice of database (SQL Server/MySQL etc) allowing any sort of reports to be created.
