I try to use wav with dialogic d/4PCI for IVR systems

everything work fine for auto attendant, but I have problem in voicemail systems.

I can't record message, the lind drop before recording message end, and the error message is :

Dialogic Hardware Error on <dxxxB1C1> : <No such file or directory> : state CS_IDLE

 

anybody can help me for this, what does it mean CS_IDLE?
