Dialogic D/4Pci

Hello,

I have installed the Dialogic board and the driver in my system. but when I try to start the Dialogic board, I get this error.

"Error Starting Dialogic Service."

 

Do you have any advice for me to fix this error?

Can you please advise:

 

- Which card are you trying to install.

 

- Which version of Windows i used on system.

 

- Which version of Dialogic drivers is used.

 

and also post any of Dialogic's RTF trace files. (.ZIP up before posting)

Here are the information you want:

- Which card are you trying to install: D/4PCI

 

- Which version of Windows i used on system: Window 7 Ultimate, system type 32 bit

 

- Which version of Dialogic drivers is used: SR5.1.1_SP3

 

and also post any of Dialogic's RTF trace files: Please see attached.

You should be using SR6.0 Dialogic drivers, not SR5.1.1

 

Please uninstall SR5.1.1 drivers (do NOT save any configuration data).

 

Then download the Dialogic drivers for use with VoiceGuide v7 from our WWW downloads page.

thanks for your advice, the rev 6 was the right one for win7.

 

here are the problem I face for installing rev 6. it may help others who has the same problems:

 

1. I couldn't remove rev 5, I couldn't remove it from Dialogic program uninstall nor from control panel. windows gave me error "it fail to uninstall".

to solve this problem, I remove all dialogic related files in registry and then deleted all the Dialogic folder in the system.

2. after removing Dialogic rev 5 from system. I install rev 6 with all features.

3. when run the Dialogic DCM, it gave me and error again.

4. again I uninstall it and this time I pic the features I was sure I needed for my system.

 

finaly Dialogic start working on my system after few days working hard on it.

Thanks for letting us know that Dialogic SR6.0 drivers are now working on your Windows 7 system.

 

After installing or uninstalling the Dialogic SR6.0 drivers it is usually a good idea to restart the system to allow the installation or uninstallation to complete.

 

Now that the drivers are working you should be able to proceed with installation of VoiceGuide v7.
