Dear Sirs

Since Our PC already install Voice guide and register ,Can I uninstall the network

componment such as dailup adaptor or ren copy Window 98 some File because

our PC have network Problem ,The problem related to some files on Window 98

Below is the File I need to reinstall.

The VG license will not be affected by re-installing Windows, its components or any other software.

 

VoiceGuide Unique ID is linked to the network card installed in your computer. This allows you to transfer the VoiceGuide installation to another machine in the future by moving the network card to the new machine. The network card must be plugged into the network in order for it to be correctly recognized.

 

(If you require to be able to easily move the license from one machine to another you may want to look into using a USB to Ethernet Network adaptor - moving that adaptor from one USB port to another is much easier then moving a card.)

 

In cases when the network card fails we will re-issue the registration code

(such situations happen very rarely).
