Second E1 Not Answered In Dialogic Card 2Xe1

We are using D/600JCT-2E1 card and 60 channel VG licenses (100 DDI with 2 E1).

 

When 30 channels of first E1 are used next calls are rejected (second E1 not answering).

 

We transfer calls using channels descending 60-1 channels and it working properly, but second E1 not answered on calls.

 

What should we configure to using all channels to in-out calls?

Are you sure that calls are sent down the second E1?

 

If a call arrives then it should be answered (unless your script is written to end the call without answering it).

 

Please post a ktTel trace excerpt that captures the incoming call on the second E1 not being answered, and indicate where in the posted trace excerpt we can find the call in question - providing information like time, caller id, indial number etc. of the call.

 

Please .ZIP up any traces before posting.

Hi,

 

 

I have analyzed on backup server using (switching) separately each E1 on 2E1 card and VG answered properly.

 

I think, provider not redirect calls on second E1 as you suggest.
