Can't Hear Sound File

Traces show that an incommoding call was answered and a sound file PayGetId.wav was played.

 

There were no errors playing the sound file, and HMP indicated that it finished playing the sound file 8 seconds after it started - as expected.

 

To better see what is happening we would need to see the WireShark trace capturing the entire call. WireShark will show what actual sound was sent out over the network during the call.

WireShark trace shows an outgoing call from this system made to 17772426890@callcentric.com using X-Lite.

 

Soon after there is call coming into the system from a CallCentric IP, with destination being 17772426890@callcentric.com.

 

You should not be using more the one SIP application on a system. They interfere with each other as they both try to use same SIP port.

 

Please remove X-Lite and all other SIP applications apart from HMP+VoiceGuide from this system and then test again, making call to 17772426890@callcentric.com from another system or phone.

Hello,

I have removed my sip applications oovoo and x-lite from my computer.

I dial the vg7 HMP sip number from another laptop, but still the problem was existed.

I bought a DID number form Callcentric and forward it to the my VG SIP number. I dial the DID number by my mobile, but still there was no sound out of script.

please see attached the wireshark and vg log fine for all of above test process.

Attached WireShark trace shows no RTP of any kind. Neither incoming nor outgoing RTP is included.

 

Maybe the previously installed SIP applications did not fully uninstall and are still affecting operation.

 

Perhaps the quickest way to resolve this would be to reformat the system and reinstall Windows and the just install HMP and VoiceGuide on the system.
