Line Status Not Connecting To Vg

Sometimes after restarting VG line status monitor not connecting to VG.

 

VG answering calls.

Have you tried restarting the line status monitor after restarting the VoiceGuide service?

It sounds like this happens occasionally on your system (?).

 

We have not seen this issue on our test systems.

 

If you continue to encounter it can you advise if you are able to reproduce this issues, and if so can you advise what steps to take to reliably reproduce this issue?

It happen each time after restart VG.

 

 

I check service, VG works but line status application can't connect to VG service.

 

After Windows restart all working properly.

 

what I done:


  •  
  • stop VG
  • close line status
  • start VG
  • start line status

Could you please post the vgEngine traces capturing this and advise at what exact time the Line Status Monitor application was started.
