Get Numbers Problem

GetNumbers module always get double user input.for example, user only press 2,then GetNumbers module get 22.how I can solve this.

 

system:

VoiceGuide 7-2 HMP Elastix

SIP phone.

How are the keypresses being sent? As RFC2833 or as tones played in the sent sound stream?

 

Can you please post the VoiceGuide ktTel and vgEngine traces capturing system startup and incoming call on which this issue ocurred.

 

Also include the WireShark trace capturing this call.

In addtion ,when using iptel.org as SIP server ,it works well.
