Caller Id Not Displaying

We are in the USA. VG v4.9.0. Dialogic D/4PCI. Subscribe to caller id through AT&T (our phone carrier), and it works on one of those old external caller id boxes, but isn't the incoming phone # supposed to display in the Voicemail Manager? Thanks.

v4.9 is a very old version and is not supported any more.

 

We'd recommend using VoiceGuide v7 with Dialogic D/4PCI cards.
