Switching Board To D/240Jct-T1-Ew

Dear Support Team:

 

I am having a hard time installing a new board.

We used to have D/120JCT card and now trying to switch to T1 lines with a new board, D/240JCT-T1-EW.

 

But I cannot not get this worked with several issues:

1. After I install Dialogic Driver 6.0, I cannot use "Auto Detect" in Dialogic Config manager to add the device: the system hangs and I have to restart.

I have to "add device" manually.

2. I tried to activate VoiceGuide with the new license (for 12 ports), but Voice Guide Line Status window indicates that it is still "Evaluation Mode"

3. I am not sure how to change Config.xml to work with T1 with this card only activating 12 lines out of 24.

 

I am attaching log files and config.xml files.

If you could provide any help, that will be much appreciated.

Can you please post the full ktTel trace file, not just the excerpt. That way we can see if the card can be seen by the Dialogic drivers.

 

If the Dialogic card is not automatically detected by the Dialogic drivers then it's best to contact the Dialogic card supplier for support in getting the card working on your system.

The problem was that the board was not installed correctly.

I found the following error in Event Viewer and adjusted power dial on the board, then reinstalled. Then it worked.

"Genload.exe: Power Requirement was not met for board in slot ...."
