jamesh.BPI Report post Posted 03/01/2012 07:51 PM I'm considering VoiceGuide as an IVR solution for my company, and was hoping someone has experience connecting it to a Siemens Hi-Path 4000 (v5). I have my test system up, running Server 2003 with (3) Dialogic D/480JCT-2T1 cards. I have Dialogic V6 drivers installed, and configured with ISDN protocol NI2. The Siemens tech is having trouble with connectivity. We are using Q2226-X200 2T1 cards in the 4000, looks like he currently has them configured as DIUT2-T1 The VG server thinks the channels are up, waiting for call, but the Siemens tech tells me he can't get the B channels to come up on his end. Has anyone worked with this configuration before? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/01/2012 08:35 PM We have numerous customers using HiPath, but we do not keep track of what cards are used in their PBXs I think that DIUT2-T1 setting indicates that HiPath is using DPNSS1 Signalling on the T1. Are you able to select a setting on this HiPath that sets the Siemens HiPath to use the NI2 protocol? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/01/2012 08:39 PM Alternatively try setting the Dialogic drivers to use the DPNSS protocol. Share this post Link to post
