Vg.7.2 Connectivity With Hipath 4000

I'm considering VoiceGuide as an IVR solution for my company, and was hoping someone has experience connecting it to a Siemens Hi-Path 4000 (v5).

I have my test system up, running Server 2003 with (3) Dialogic D/480JCT-2T1 cards. I have Dialogic V6 drivers installed, and configured with ISDN protocol NI2.

 

The Siemens tech is having trouble with connectivity. We are using Q2226-X200 2T1 cards in the 4000, looks like he currently has them configured as DIUT2-T1

 

The VG server thinks the channels are up, waiting for call, but the Siemens tech tells me he can't get the B channels to come up on his end.

 

Has anyone worked with this configuration before?

We have numerous customers using HiPath, but we do not keep track of what cards are used in their PBXs

 

I think that DIUT2-T1 setting indicates that HiPath is using DPNSS1 Signalling on the T1.

 

Are you able to select a setting on this HiPath that sets the Siemens HiPath to use the NI2 protocol?

Alternatively try setting the Dialogic drivers to use the DPNSS protocol.
