Dialogic D\4pci Talker32 Gives Bad Indications

I have just install a new Dialogic D\4pci.

Both Tapi and Wave drivers installed.

When running a script it plays an error message wav and then my wav.

I tried running Talker32 and it displays lines 0-8 (9lines) althought I only have a 4 line card.

All 9 lines are green except 3 which is black.

On start up I get an error.

Failed to open line 3 reason= LINEERR_OPERATIONUNAVAIL

LINE 0 INFO shows status unavailable.

 

Diagnostics run clean.

DCM looks ok.

 

I am confused and frustrated.

From VG help file:

When you start TALKER32 it will find all TAPI devices on the system – amongst them the Dialogic lines should be listed. You can find out which are the Dialogic lines by pressing the “Info” button and looking at the description on the Line Information dialog – for Dialogic lines it will say “Line type: Dialogic Gen 2”

 

Have you tried running the VoiceGuide Configuration Manager? Sounds like there is nothing wrong with your system..
