Hi, I have been testing your software for the past few days, and have found it to be comprehensive and well designed. I have not been able to confirm, however, the following: can I specify a single port to use when autodialing? I need to keep two or thee ports online in the inbound direction while one port dials out. Can I choose this port, and will having the two pieces of software running simultaneously conflict with each other?

can I specify a single port to use when autodialing?

Yes. When running VoiceGuide go to View menu and select Line Device Config. You will then be able to select the Allow VoiceGuide to dialout on this line check box to select which of the lines can be used for outbound dialing.
