Problem With "on Timeout" Script Option

Hi all,

I'm using a trial version of VG on a D/4PCI dialogic card.

In the script I'm using the "Record SoundFile" path and I set to 8 sec. the timeout property of this path.

After it goes to hangup the call.

 

The problem is that the timeout seconds starts from the beginning of the registration and not from the end of the user input.

 

What I have to do?

If you are using a timeout path in a record module then the timeout length will determine the max length of the recorded file... not too sure what you mean by "end of the user input."

 

Could you please post the script (.vgs file) and please also post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)
