Missing Or Not Registered Files

I can't run the program from my main icon. I get an error "Componant sapiwrap.ocx or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: file is missing or invalid. Also, same error except for different file name tapiwrap.ocx

Is this a windows problem? Can I get an updated file of both of these, find where they are located and drop the new file over them? Thanks

I am having the same problem with toolbar2.ocx

Please tell us what version of Windows are you using?

 

Have you selected the Default (TAPI) install option when installing VG or did you selected on of the "Dialogic" options? (If Dialogic then Dialogic's SR5.1.1 needs to installed on system first...)

 

Have you installed SAPI on the system?

 

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?
