No Busy Detection

I'm using DIALOGIC D/600 JCT and used busy option in transfer module, but VG doesn't detect busy tone.

My VG 7.22

 

Is any config element to set detecting busy tones?

Dialogic D/600JCT is an E1 card.

 

On E1 connections the ISDN events are passed to VoiceGuide's script interpretor (vgEngine).

Usually no tones are played on ISDN connections - only ISDN messages are sent to indicate status.

 

The ISDN events received are shown in the vgEngine trace.

 

If you can post the vgEngine trace capturing the attempted call transfer then we can advise what events have been received from Telco during the transfer and what paths should be specified in the transfer module.
