Dtmf Not Recognised On Isdn Pri

Customer is dialing toll free number which is mapped to isdn pri.

 

i received a compliant from customer that DTMF was not passing when tried from mobile.

 

We have avaya setup for the configuration at our end, Is there any way out to capture the dtmf traces ???

Are you using VoiceGuide IVR software on this system?

 

It is possible to get the relevant trace in VoiceGuide.
