How to set up loop for sound file on Hold?

As in oh-hold while awaiting some process to complete - like database query or program/script to complete? Or in some other situation?

While connecting, in Transfer Call module | Dial and Conference | Oh-Hold sound file to play to caller, while dialing on 2nd line:.....

There is no way to loop that file. Most of there interactions should not take more then about 60 seconds, so usually a single (up to about 60 second long file) file is sufficient.

 

Do you anticipate that caller will wait more then 60 seconds before the second leg of the transfer call is answered?
