taquiuddin Report post Posted 06/15/2011 02:05 PM how to reduce the pich of play sound file module? play sound file module provide text to speech convertion on run time, that what ever we type in the text box it says, but the pich is very fast, it is difficult to hear.. is there any process to reduce the pitch of play sound file module so that i will say slowly. Is only one default voice is provided with voice guide or one can change the voice? I am using version 7 Enterprise Edition.. And is there any syntax by which "2011/06/06 20:22:14" this particular string should be said as date and time, It is possible with Say number module but is it possible with play sound file. SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/15/2011 08:38 PM Sounds like the TTS engine used on your system is generating the sound files in format that is not well supported by VoiceGuide/Dialogic. Can you post the .WAV file created by the TTS engine? Please also post the VgEngine and ktTel trace files capturing the system startup and the TTS generation and playing of the sound file. Please .ZIP up traces before posting them. is there any syntax by which "2011/06/06 20:22:14" this particular string should be said as date and time, Depends on what TTS engine is used.
