Voiceguide Integration To Avaya Ip Pbx

Hi,

 

We are looking at building a voiceguide IVR System to be integrated on an AVAYA S8400 (version 4.0.1 Communication Manager) Media Server and G650 Media gateway. We running version 7.21(HMP version) of Voiceguide on a Windows 7 platform.

 

There are limitations on the SIP integrations and perhaps looking at H323 as protocol for the 2 systems to talk to one another. What are the integration steps that one needs to follow in this case and can perhaps we reach out to of your teams for further assistance.

What type of integration is required and what functionality is lacking in the is SIP deployment that prevents you from achieving your goals?

 

To have HMP open the VoIP ports in H.323 mode you will need to edit VoiceGuide's Config.xml file and change entries that read SIP to be H323
