If it possible with VG to solve an IVR installation that should to attend up to 500 lines in simultaneous form?

What lines infrastructure it should to have?

Thanks

Max lines per server depends on what demands the script used places on the system.

500 lines on one server would be achievable for straightforward scripts, but for more complex scripts we would recommend using multiple servers. eg. 3 servers with 150/180 channels per server.

You can use either T1/E1 ISDN or VoIP based system, but we would lean towards using ISDN trunks unless you have strong networking background and can look after setting up the network connectivity required by VoIP yourself.

What type of application would you like to deploy? inbound or outbound? with agents?

Can you tell us what functionality and module types the script would use?

We would really need to see the actual script to better comment. We would then see if the script does any database interactions or call .EXEs or VBScripts etc. and their complexity.

The functionality is for consultation of payments and maturities.

In total not have more of 15 modules with interaction to database.

This sounds pretty straightforward, but the database interactions can take up some CPU cycles.

Most likely the best approach will end up to have two systems with 250 ports each. This way you have some redundancy as well, which is most likely desirable anyway.

Is there a reason why you want to have all channels on same server? Cost of additional server is not that much %-wise in whole system cost.
