Activex Component Cannot Create Object Vgservices.commandlink

Dear support,

 

I am trying to run this code on Windows 7 and I get an error stating "ActiveX Component Cannot Create Object vgServices.CommandLink

 

set vg = CreateObject("vgServices.CommandLink")

set vg= nothing

 

I attached the vgEngine Log. I also restarted the server and service since this is an evaluation license. I am trying to make sure I cannot migrate my solution from vg 6.

 

I disabled all antivirus/malware software and that didn't fix it. I am running the file from C:\ivr folder in the root.

 

Any ideas? Do you need anything additional?

Is this a 64 bit version of Win7?

 

Do you have any anti-virus programs installed on this system?

Yes, this is 64 bit windows 7. Also, Symantec Endpoint is running; however, I disabled it and the problem still exists.

 

The sales team connected last night to my computer because they are having difficulty activating the license due to dialogic boards on Windows 7 64 bit computer. I have decided to just write XML fiels and drop them into the data folder and that seems to be working fine.

 

If there is a way to get com object support, that would be a bonus. Thanks for the assistance! You folks always figure everything out...
