24 Hours Email & Forum Support

Are your email & forum support are 24 hours?

i'm in Singapore and will test your VoiceGuide on

GMT+08:00 7:00pm-12.00pm only.

So, i'm appreciate that you are here to support

via the Forum or email when hit the problem.

If not 24 hours, may i'm know your email & forum support on office hour and

location(Country)? So, i'm try to do the test on your email & forum support

period.

Target for this forum is to answer questions within 24 hours (although most are answered in less time then that).

 

For live support you can purchase a live phone support ticket from our WWW order form, you will then be provided with a telephone number you can call, and a time for the call can be arranged.
