How To Receive A Call

Hi guys,

 

I am trying to receive a call.

 

I already have Dialogic HMP, VoiceGuide, and Dialogic System server running.

I already modified config.xml file and I put my protocol that I'll use SIP and my domain.

 

I am trying to receive a call.

 

I'd like to know how can I do to receive a phone call, what I need to modify, because my IVR application is already running but when I try to make a call from a VoIP phone which actually is a cisco 7960, I dont receive nothing in my VoiceGuide.

 

Please could you help me telling me how to establish a phone call or receive a phone call.

Are you Dialing the IP address of the VoiceGuide system from the VoIP phone?

 

Are you seeing any SIP activity in WireShark when dialing the IP address of the HMP/VoiceGuide server?
