How To Make A Phone Call

Hi guys,

 

I already start the two services, Dialogic Service and VoiceGuide Service.

 

Should I modify the config.xml and put in <Protocol> ISDN </Protocol>, to receive and make a phone call.

 

I choose the HMP option without necessity of cards. I already got the IPphone to make the phone call test.

 

1- How can I connect the IPphone with the interface?

2- How can I start to make some calling test?

If you have Dialogic HMP installed and have installed VoiceGuide in VoIP mode, and the VoiceGuide service is running then you can immediately place a VoIP call into the system and VoiceGuide will answer it.

 

Use any VoIP phone and dial from it the IP address of the system on which VoiceGuide is installed, and VoiceGuide will answer the call and run the "Credit Card Payment" demo script.

 

WireShark can be used to debug IP traffic if you are having any issues.
