Vg Stopping After Some Minutes

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am with a big problem.

I have 3 servers using the VG. I need to change one of them.

I installed the VG version 7.1.0, change the dialogic and registered with the code that I received by e-mail.

I start the VG and looks fine. When the fax is receiving the docs, the VG stops.

I couldn't find anything in log that can help.

I am using the Windows Server 2003.

Attached is the sys_inf.zip and the logs.

Regards

The problem is the same that in this topic: http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=6302&view=&hl=tif2pdf&fromsearch=1

in this topic it was fixed installing a new version that isn't avaiable to download.

I fixed this problem installing the version 7.1.1.

But, after a call, the line stays bloqued, with the status like "ring 1", "ring 2", etc, and the call length don't stop. What can be happening?

So this problem is occurring on one of the systems, with the other 2 working ok, yes?

Traces show the version of VoiceGuide used used is not the current one. Please update the system to current version of VoiceGuide (this will involve updating the Dialogic drivers to version downloadable from our WWW).

Please post traces if you still encounter problem with current version.

Thanks for the response.

The problem that the server was stoped after a call was fixed. It was occuring only in the new server. After install the version 7.1 it was fixed.

Now the problem is that the line stay blocked after some calls. It shows "Ring 1", "Ring 2", etc. Attached there is an image showing this.

In this server I configured the line as you said in http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=6302&view=&hl=tif2pdf&fromsearch=1

----------

<Tone Name="FAX Incoming">

<Notes>Incoming fax tone</Notes>

<ID>FAX</ID>

<Freq1>1100</Freq1>

<Freq1Dev>50</Freq1Dev>

<Freq2>0</Freq2>

<Freq2Dev>0</Freq2Dev>

<On>50</On>

<OnDev>10</OnDev>

<Off>250</Off>

<OffDev>60</OffDev>

<Count>3</Count>

</Tone>

I think that I fixed the problem.

I used the configuration bellow and isn't occuring the problem.

LoopCurrentDrop=ignore

I will test tomorrow during the day and if there is some problem I talk with you.

Thanks for the help.
