I'm trying to replace an old DOS system with a single ap but don't know any scripting. 2 incoming lines, no outgoing needed. Any hints or predone for:

 

ask for ask for type of call, (1,2,3), telephone number, verify (so far, so good) issue (say) a reference number (say date, time, thankyou message, goodbye, export (save) type of call, date, telephone number as csv.

 

It would also be great if I could use an old brooktrout tr114 (ISA)but I can't see any indication I can.

This is a pretty straightforward script.

 

Once you have VoiceGuide installed (you will need a Dialogic card) post a message here and we will post a script which should get you pretty close to what you need.

 

The default "Credit Card Payment" script that is installed with VoiceGuide does pretty much exactly what you are asking for as well - so recommmend you look at that after installing VoiceGuide.
