Recommended Posts

Hello,I am using VG 6.0 and when i make out dail calls, after getting few rings automatically it goes to dail stage to wating for a call mode.

if i dail manually,i able to hear dailing rings 50 seconds if the caller does't receive the call.

Log files attached.Looking forward for the solution.

Trace shows the outgoing call was ended as the Dialogic card reported hearing the "Operator Intercept" tri-tone.

Do you maybe need to dial some sort of a prefix before dialing the number?

You should ask the Telco about what happens on the calls on which you have the 'operator tone' problem - and why are they playing the operator tone to you.
