D21H 2Nd Line Question

Good day all.

 

In VG version 5.2.5049, how do I select which of the 2 lines the dialer places the call?

 

Also, how do I select a message for line 1 -and- a different message for line 2 to be dialed out at the same time?

 

I am using a Dialogic D/21H.

Line selection is not supported in v5, you should look at using v6 or v7 (but v7 would require you to purchase a newer card).

You would just load two separate campaigns (list of numbers), and specify at loading time that one is to dial out on line 1 only and the other one to dial out on line 2 only.
