Analogue Line Transfer

I'm having difficulty with Announced Hook Flash Transfer. Blind transfer works ok which indicates that Hook Flash timing is OK.

 

Party A (Incoming analogue trunk) calls into the VG and is answered by Line 1.

Party A dials the required extension (Party B).

Party B rings and the phone is answered ie taken off hook.

At this stage Line 1 should hang up and connect Part A with Party B.

This does not happen. Instead Party A remains on hold while Party B is looped back to the "Capture Entered Number" Module.

After a few seconds VG times out, Line 1 hangs up and connects Party A with Party B (as it should).

 

I've been messing about for days now and searched the forum over and over but I can't figure out what's going on. I'm sure it's something trivial. Can you please help?

Please update system to this version of VoiceGuide:

and post trace from this version if you still encounter any problems with transfers.

When I first downloaded the exe file, VG would not start so i uninstalled and reinstalled Dialogic and VG but then even Dialogic would not stsrt so I decided to start from scratch and reinstall Windows, Dialogic and VG. But now I cannot download the exe at all. (See attached screenshot).

 

Can you help please?

Reinstalled Windows, Dialogic and VoiceGuide_7.1.0_100204. Dialogic card started OK but Voice Guide does not start. Am attaching logs.

Cannot understand what is going wrong.

Please post the vgEngine and ktTel logs from VoiceGuide's \log\ subdirectory.

 

(please .ZIP them up before posting)

There's still a problem, though it go further with the startup. I'm attaching vgengine.

 

If you'd prefer to debug by logging in with VNC the ip address is [deleted]

We can ping the IP address provided but cannot make a VNC connection to it.

Could you please setup remote access using www.logmein.com and email the username/password details to support@voiceguide.com, and include a link to this suport forum thread in the email.

We had a look at the machine.

 

Incorrect (very old) Dialogic drivers were installed on this machine.

 

Please download the Dialogic drivers from our WWW downloads page.

 

Uninstall your current Dialogic drivers. Do not save any settings.

 

Then restart system and delete the entire C:\Program Files\Dialogic directory.

 

Then install the Dialogic drivers downloaded from our WWW downloads page.

OK great Dialogic + VG both up and running now.

 

Cannot test Call Transfer today, will do so hopefully tomorrow.
