ok I ask this before

current version I can locate is

VoiceGuide 7.1.0_100204

what is the exact build of the current demo version

or better yet when I download demo and install where in the program can i see what build

the issue I have is demo version currently installed is 7.1.0 build unknown

when i try to update with current demo from online "v7.1.0 build unknown" as of 2.7.2010

app will not start there are apparent dll changes.

so my question is

whats the build of the online demo as of 2.7.2010

where in the installed app can i find the build number

where are the instructions to update a current installation

The build number can be seen the first few lines of the vgEngine trace file.

Here is an example excerpt:

031854.781 5 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

031854.812 5 vgEngine version : 7.1.3583.22027 (RELEASE Build)

031854.812 5 created on : 2009-10-23 12:14:15.00

031854.812 5 AssemblyLocation : C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\vgEngine.dll

031854.812 5 LastWriteTime : 2009-10-23 05:15:04

031854.812 5 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The build date in vgEngine trace is in format YYYY-MM-DD

The "_100204" indicates that that install was created on 2010-02-04 (ie: February 4th, 2010)
