When succesfull transfer the call disconnect because that system using "FLASH" button to transfer but our PBX KEYphone must use "TRANSFER" button to transfer, If press FLASH that call will be disconnected. SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/29/2003 11:15 PM Do you know what signal this PBX requires to place the first call on hold and to allow you to then dial the extension to which the call should be transferred? You may need to speak with the PBX supplier to find this out. Once the signal is known (hookflash length etc) then the Dialogic card can be programmed to issue that signal to initiate the transfer.
