Run Program Module: Rv In Audio Filename

Apparently RV substitution does not work in the Run Program module for the field "Play while run program is running". When the path to the audio file is hard-coded, it works fine.

We have now fixed this and the $RV substitution will work for the OnHold sound file in future v7.1 releases.
