SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/25/2009 12:36 AM To upgrade to VoiceGuide v7 you will first need to ensure that the correct Dialogic drivers are installed. See the Downloads page for link to correct drivers for use with v7. You will also need to ensure that the Dialogic cards used are detected by the SR6.0 drivers. Older Dialogic cards are not supported by SR6.0 drivers. After installing the Dialogic drivers you can then install VoiceGuide v7. The scripts from v6 will work on v7 without any changes.
