No Device In Line Status Monitor

Recommended Posts

Hello Support Team,

I've tried to install Voiceguide on several machines but I won't get it work. I've searched the forum for answers but can't find them.

Some facts:

- First I have installed HMP3.0 (241)

- Request a demo license (2port) and activated it in DCM

- Started to run DCM

- Installed Voiceguide 7.0.9 succesfull

- Opened the config.xml file and remove channel 2,3 and 4

- Inserted the voip account

- With a sipphone I log on using sipserver: vpbx.12connect.com

username: 999105578

password: ********

- My system: Windows XP sp3

- This computer is in a small business network behind a router (192.168.1.74)

The problem starts with nothing to see in the line status monitor.

Can u check what I've done wrong?

Here are the log, config and wireshark files.

With kind regards,

Theo

Did you select all the options when installing the HMP?

ktTel trace show that even the basic Dialogic library can't be started, so perhaps the 'Global Call" option was not installed?

If all options are selected then it should be fine.

The screenshot looks like it has come from Vista. Which version of Windows are you running, Vista or XP?

As the Dialogic drivers are not starting up then only advise we can give is to try re-installing HMP, and if that does not work then try starting with a clean system - just WindowsXP and HMP and see if you can get any of the the Dialogic demo programs working.

Is this system Intel based or AMD based?
