Automated Lost/stolen Card Reporting System

A second question is can the Script Designer be run on a desk top without the dialogic card? I would envision that once a script has been written or changed on a regular desktop it would be copied to the server’s test directory and tested. When we are satisfied that it is working properly it would be moved to the production directory and the production script would be restarted to activate the updated script.

Yes. You would just specify in the Config.xml file for one line to use your production script and another line to use your test script.

Yes. It can.

 

When we are satisfied that it is working properly it would be moved to the production directory and the production script would be restarted to activate the updated script.

No need to restart anything after updating the file. When the script file is updated it will be automatically read in by VoiceGuide and used for all new calls.
